🛍 Pre-Order Process

1. Delivery Timeline
   All pre-ordered items are imported specially for you. The estimated delivery time is 25–30 days, depending on international shipping and customs clearance. By placing a pre-order, you agree to this timeline.
2. Payment Terms
   • You may pay the full amount at checkout to confirm your order instantly.
   • Alternatively, you may secure your order by paying 50% in advance. To proceed with partial payment, please contact us through WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger after placing your order.
   • Partial payments must be completed within 24–48 hours of placing the order. If we do not receive payment within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.
3. Order Confirmation
   Orders are processed only after the required payment is received. Unpaid orders will not be confirmed or shipped.
4. Delivery Charges
   Nirnita maintains a transparent pricing policy with no hidden charges. However, if you do not pay the full amount on our website, the following home delivery charges will apply:
   • Inside Dhaka City: 80 TK
   • Dhaka Suburb: 100 TK
   • Outside Dhaka: 130 TK

📜 Terms & Conditions

1. Order Finality
   Once an order is placed and payment is made, no cancellation or changes can be accepted. Each pre-order is specially imported for the customer.
2. Product Variation
   Due to professional photography, lighting, and editing, the actual product may slightly differ from the images shown. Such variations are natural and not grounds for cancellation or refund.
3. Product Damage
   If a product arrives damaged, Nirnita takes full responsibility and will ensure the issue is resolved promptly for you.
4. Delayed Delivery & Refunds
   If we are unable to deliver your order within the mentioned timeframe, we will issue a full refund within 3–7 business days, no questions asked.
5. Receiving the Order
   Once the product arrives in our warehouse, you will be notified via call or SMS to arrange delivery.
   • If you are unavailable, we will hold your product and schedule delivery at a convenient time.
   • If the product is dispatched upon your confirmation and delivery is not received, return and re-delivery charges will apply.
6. During the Pre-Order Period
   Throughout the 25–30 day processing period, no refund, exchange, or change requests will be accepted. This ensures smooth logistics and timely delivery.

🛍 প্রি-অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া

1. ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা
   প্রি-অর্ডার করা পণ্য সাধারণত ২৫–৩০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করা হয়, যা আন্তর্জাতিক শিপমেন্ট ও কাস্টমস ক্লিয়ারেন্সের উপর নির্ভর করে। অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই সময়সীমায় সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন।
2. পেমেন্ট শর্ত
   • আপনি চাইলে চেকআউটের সময় সম্পূর্ণ টাকা পরিশোধ করে সাথে সাথে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে পারেন।
   • অথবা, ন্যূনতম ৫০% টাকা অগ্রিম দিয়ে প্রি-অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করতে পারেন। আংশিক পেমেন্ট করতে চাইলে অর্ডার করার পর আমাদের সাথে WhatsApp অথবা Facebook Messenger–এ যোগাযোগ করুন।
   • অর্ডার করার পর ২৪–৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। নির্ধারিত সময়ে পেমেন্ট না হলে অর্ডার স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বাতিল হয়ে যাবে।
3. অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন
   নির্ধারিত পেমেন্ট পাওয়ার পরেই অর্ডার কনফার্ম ও প্রসেস করা হবে। পেমেন্ট ছাড়া কোনো অর্ডার গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
4. ডেলিভারি চার্জ
   Nirnita-তে কোনো গোপন চার্জ নেই। তবে যদি ওয়েবসাইটে পুরো টাকা না দেন, তাহলে নিচের হোম ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে:
   • ঢাকা সিটি: ৮০ টাকা
   • ঢাকার আশেপাশের এলাকা (Suburb): ১০০ টাকা
   • ঢাকার বাইরে: ১৩০ টাকা

📜 শর্তাবলী

1. অর্ডার বাতিল বা পরিবর্তন
   একবার অর্ডার প্লেস ও পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হলে, কোনো অবস্থাতেই বাতিল বা পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না। প্রতিটি প্রি-অর্ডার কাস্টমারের জন্য আলাদাভাবে আনা হয়।
2. পণ্যের পার্থক্য
   পেশাদার ফটোগ্রাফি, আলো ও এডিটিংয়ের কারণে পণ্যের আসল রঙ বা লুক ছবির থেকে সামান্য আলাদা হতে পারে। এটি রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডের কারণ হিসেবে গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
3. পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে
   কোনো পণ্য যদি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত অবস্থায় আসে, তাহলে Nirnita সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব গ্রহণ করবে এবং যথাযথ সমাধান প্রদান করবে।
4. ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব ও রিফান্ড
   নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করতে ব্যর্থ হলে, Nirnita ৩–৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পূর্ণ টাকা রিফান্ড করবে, কোনো প্রশ্ন ছাড়াই।
5. পণ্য গ্রহণ সংক্রান্ত
   পণ্য আমাদের গুদামে পৌঁছানোর পর, কাস্টমারকে ফোন বা এসএমএস–এর মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।
   • কাস্টমার যদি তখন পণ্য গ্রহণে অনুপলব্ধ থাকেন, আমরা পণ্য হোল্ড করে রাখব এবং কাস্টমারের সুবিধাজনক সময়ে পুনরায় ডেলিভারি করব।
   • কাস্টমারের সম্মতি নিয়ে পণ্য ডিসপ্যাচ করার পর যদি ডেলিভারি গ্রহণ না করা হয়, তাহলে রিটার্ন ও পুনরায় ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
6. প্রসেসিং সময়কালে কোনো পরিবর্তন নয়
   ২৫–৩০ দিনের প্রি-অর্ডার প্রসেসিং সময়কালে কোনো রিফান্ড, এক্সচেঞ্জ বা পণ্যের পরিবর্তন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
