Pebbles is a muted terracotta liquid lipstick that wears beautifully and is super long-lasting. It dries matte, and won’t budge unless and oil-based product is used for removal.

Tips: Apply to exfoliated lips to enjoy hours of wear. When you’re ready, use an oil-based product for removal.
