How to use: For vibrant results, apply mascara white primer first. Wiggle mascara wand back and forth from base to tips of lashes, using short and steady strokes. Layer on more coats to build lash volume and deepen color. Apply different Astronomical shades to top and bottom lashes for a galactically glam look. Use with Venus palettes and Bushy Brow.
