Application: Step 1. For an all-over look, apply with the doe-foot at the center of the lid and blend with a flat brush to desired shape.
Step 2. For a graphic line, dap a bit of formula on the back of your hand and use a precision brush to draw your line.
Step 3. Dab or blend powder eyeshadows on top.
